This ocean view residence was the first collaboration with Kevin Brown Architecture. Right out of the pandemic, Codere Construction went in full steam to transform and rebuild this magnificent residence. With the close assistance of the client, no detail was overlooked. The results were nothing less than wonderful! The white oak stairs with custom rails and the grand living room with Venetian plaster fireplace are some of our best work!
