Driftwood Lane – Pine Point Beach, Maine
Doubling the square footage of this beach house was the goal. With the assistance of Kevin Browne Architecture, we added a three-story garage with family room and ensuite floors, opening up to decks overlooking the marsh. Beautiful finishes and a large back deck and patio made it all come together into one gorgeous beach residence!

“We were thrilled with our experience working with Ben and his team through a large addition and complete home renovation. Ben is thoughtful and thorough as well as responsive and reliable. He took great care to be attentive to all the little details while maintaining focus on the larger scope of the project. The ease and openness of communication was truly appreciated and kept the project moving smoothly. The collaboration between Ben and the architect was seamless and they function well as a team to ensure the best final product. We couldn’t have asked for a better end result. The craftmanship and finish work are of the highest quality. We Love our new house and are so grateful that we had Ben leading project. I highly recommend Ben for any home construction or renovation project!”
