The result includes a new open-concept layout, a spacious second-story living room with a custom fireplace and a beautifully tiled shower. It was the second renovation we completed for those clients, and repeat clients are some of our favorites.

City projects bring their own logistics. Tight urban lots leave little room for staging materials and equipment, neighbors are close, and permitting for in-town and historic work can take time. We plan deliveries carefully, keep the site clean and organized every day, and handle permitting during site prep so we can start on schedule.
