Scarborough is home base for Codere Construction. Our office has been here since 2002, and we build custom homes, renovations and additions across town, from Pine Point Beach to established neighborhoods inland.
Working in our own town means we know Scarborough well. Our crew is minutes from every job site, which makes it easier to keep schedules tight, show up when we say we will and handle the small questions that come up during any build without waiting days for an answer.
Down at Pine Point Beach, our Driftwood Lane project was a large-scale renovation and addition with a balcony view of Saco Bay that is hard to beat. The work added a custom wet bar, a striking deck and more room for family and guests while keeping the easy feel of a beach house.
Inland, our Acorn Lane project was a major renovation of a Colonial home. Vaulted ceilings, a custom chef’s kitchen and a luxurious tiled bathroom gave a classic house the space and finish its owners wanted, and it wrapped up just in time for Halloween.
Coastal homes here face salt air, wind and sometimes tight beach lots, so we plan materials, access and scheduling with that in mind.
