Custom Home & Renovation Projects in Southern Maine
For more than 20 years, Codere Construction has built and renovated high-end homes across Southern Maine — from historical West End homes, to serene lake house retreats, and stunning ocean view residences in Cape Elizabeth. The projects below are a snapshot of that work, each one shaped by close collaboration between our crew, the homeowners and the architect.
You will find full-scale renovations and additions, like the Acorn Lane Colonial in Scarborough and the Driftwood Lane beach house at Pine Point, where we doubled the square footage with a three-story garage and decks over the marsh. You will also find new custom homes, including Whites Cove in Yarmouth, built to net-zero standards with Shou Sugi Ban siding, Schüco windows and geothermal heating and cooling.
Several of these homes were designed with Kevin Browne Architecture, a partner we often bring in for design coordination. Others came to us with plans already in hand. Either way, every project follows the same 6-step process: a first meeting, a clear proposal and contract, careful site prep, regular communication during construction, a detailed walkthrough and a move-in-ready home.
Many photos were taken by Jeff Roberts Imaging. Click any project to see exterior and interior photos and read what the homeowners had to say. If one of these homes sparks an idea for your own, we would love to hear about it.
