All projects, whether small renovations or ground-up homes, need architectural plans before we can estimate cost, order materials, and start work. You may come to us with plans already in hand, in which case we can get started reviewing them together.
If not, we’ll connect you with our trusted architect, Kevin Browne, to coordinate drawings. You’ll discuss vision and budget thoroughly so he can create plans that meet your needs. Featured Project: Little Lake, Big Renovation
Windham, ME, 2023
Situated among the tall pine trees around Little Sebago Lake, this large-scale renovation project resulted in the perfect combination of New England tradition and Scandinavian design. We love how the exterior blends in with the forest surroundings while prioritizing views of the lake and natural light inside the home. Two story ceilings in the kitchen give the sense of soaring treetops and the half-wrap deck is the perfect place to host lake house guests all summer long.
