Biddeford has two personalities, and we enjoy working in both. Out at Biddeford Pool, Fortunes Rocks Beach and Hills Beach, homes sit close to the ocean and are built for long summer days. Downtown, near Main Street and the Pepperell Mill District along the Saco River, the housing reflects the city’s mill-era history.
On the coast, beach houses often need more room and better connections to the outdoors. Our Driftwood Lane project at Pine Point is a good reference: we doubled the square footage with a three-story garage, family room and ensuite floors, and decks overlooking the marsh. For new coastal homes, we plan materials and details that hold up to wind and salt air.
Downtown, many older homes are ready for updated kitchens and baths, better layouts and systems that bring them up to modern comfort. We approach those projects with care for the original structure, and we are transparent about options and costs when older construction reveals surprises.
Coastal permitting can take time, so we encourage Biddeford clients to start the conversation early. While approvals move forward, we are ordering materials and preparing the site so construction can begin promptly.
Wherever you are in Biddeford, we will walk the property with you during our first meeting and talk through budget, timeline and plans before anything is priced.
