Lake House – Windham, Maine

Kevin Browne Architecture and their team brought in Codere Construction to execute the renovation for this simple lakeside cottage. The result was one of our best! Bringing the lake into the space with floor to ceiling windows was a must, while maintaining the cottage feel with the original post and beam framing. The modern exterior blends well with its wooded surroundings ensuring the “camp” feel to this home.
