Historic West End conversion · 2023
Vaughan Street – Portland, Maine
Codere Construction was hired to transform the historical West End two-unit into an open, single family dwelling. We brought in Kevin Browne Architecture to develop the plans, the results were simply amazing! This was the second renovation for these wonderful clients, their planning and unique tastes made this project one for the books.

Clients
“Where to begin….I have trusted Codere Construction with the renovations of two of my family homes and wouldn’t hesitate to do it again. Ben is the consummate professional and does an incredible job of communicating both before and during construction. Consistency is the key to a successful project and Ben and his team are on time, show up when they are supposed to and provide quality workmanship. Home renovations are a stressful endeavor and you should trust your contracting team completely. For that, I highly recommend Ben and his team at Codere Construction.”
