Kennebunk is part of the Southern coastal Maine region we serve, where we bring our experience with beach houses and ocean-view homes.
Codere Construction has been building and renovating fine homes in Southern coastal Maine for more than 20 years. For Kennebunk homeowners, that means a small, experienced team led by Owner & President Ben Codere, clean and organized job sites, and communication at the forefront — including daily photos by text so you never miss the action.
We typically take on one project at a time so our focus stays on you, and every job follows the same 6-step process, from the first meeting to a move-in-ready home.
