Custom Home Builder & Remodeler in Kennebunkport, Maine
Kennebunkport homeowners can expect the same coastal know-how we brought to Driftwood Lane and Contemporary on the Cape.
Codere Construction has been building and renovating fine homes in Southern coastal Maine for more than 20 years. For Kennebunkport homeowners, that means a small, experienced team led by Owner & President Ben Codere, clean and organized job sites, and communication at the forefront — including daily photos by text so you never miss the action.
We typically take on one project at a time so our focus stays on you, and every job follows the same 6-step process, from the first meeting to a move-in-ready home.
